This deed is indorsed by Robert Robinson who states that he has made over his right & title to the within lease to George Pelly, his heirs &c for value received.
Another indorsement by W. Blossom admits having received the full rent of the premises mentioned in the within document for the whole term of seven years, and released George Pelly from all claim for rent or other charge for the said lands at Palama for the term mentioned within; he having received full payment for the whole period.
