Kuukawai, sworn, I know the lands of the claimant. It is an Ili of land called "Oalau" in "Moalii," Lahaina. There are 12 moos of land in this ili. He has a house lot also.

The claimant received these lands in the olden times, in the days of Kamehameha I, and his title has not been disputed up to this day.
