Lahaina, Maui, February 28th 1891
In the matter of the settlement of the boundaries of the land of Hoolehua, Island of Molokai.

Application by Professor W.D. Alexander for the Hawaiian Government

Mr. R. W. Meyer and Mr. M.D. Monsarrat, appearing for adjoining lands and the Government respectively, and having filed their authorization to act in the premises, the following were agreed to be the Boundaries of this land, and in accordance with the agreement and their [sic there] being no other parties of interest, it is decreed that the Boundaries of said land of Hoolehua, Island of Molokai, are as follows:

Commencing at a stone marked with a cross on sea shore adjoining the land of Iloli, Apana 1, From which stone the Government Survey Station Iloli bears North 50° 35' West true 1138 feet and South Base bears North 20° 14' East true and running:

1. North 47° 51' West true 237 feet along Iloli, Apana 1 to cross on stone;;
2. North 11° 41&apos ....

17. South 44° 17' West true 2024 feet along Palaau to a cross on a stone at a place called Kakanapahoa near gulch;
18. South 32° 21' West true 10244 feet along Palaau across plain and across two gulches to a large stone marked with a cross, said stone being North 19° 24' West true 375 feet from the Government Survey Station South Base;
19. South 35° 49' West true 1279 feet along Palaau across gulch to an Iron Pen [pin] at a rock marked with a cross;
20. South 41° 39' East true 5205 feet along Kaluahoi, Grant 3146 to C.R. Bishop down slope to initial point.
Area 3736 acres

I adjudge and decree that the foregoing to be the true and lawful boundaries of the land of Hoolehua, Island of Molokai
