.... East corner of the Niniko property, from which point moreover the following are azimuths bearings by the true meridian governing this survey, viz.: Konahuanui Triangulation Station 262° 35' Konahuanui peak nearest pali 255° 20'; Kahuoi, point on Pauoa ridge 20° 20'; and running as follows:

I. South 51° 00' West true 730 feet along the Niniko lot and road to corner of stone wall; thence
II. South 41° 40' West true 1600 feet along Government Lease No. 41 and road to point opposite J.H. Wood's North corner; thence
III. South 65° 30' East true 3100 feet along John H. Wood's land following spur to main Pauoa ridge, to a point which is 3950 feet in a straight line from Kahuoi triangulation Station; thence
IV. North 75 ° 00' East true 6500 feet along Kaakaukukui in Pauoa Valley, the ridge being the boundary, to the Peak Kaumuhonu at the head of said Valley; thence
V. North 56° 40' East true 5200 feet along the ridge between this and Manoa Valley to Konahuanui Triangulation Station;
VI. North 10° East true 1510 feet along the main Konahuanui ridge between this and Kailua, to the peak overlooking the Nuuanu Pali; thence
VII. North 3° 30' West true 1860 feet along said ridge down to the junction at head of land Kaeleuli; thence
VIII. North 35° 20' West true 1470 feet along the same ridge between this and Kaeleuli to next junction; thence
IX. North 60° 25' West true 850 feet along the same ridge to the Nuuanu Pali triangulation Signal; thence

X. North 83° 20' West true 4989 feet along main ridge and Kalaheo to Lanihuli summit; Thence
XI. North 60° 00' West true 760 feet along the same and Kaneohe to Kalihi junction; Thence
XII. South 51° 40' West true 4470 feet along Kalihi Ridge to West corner of the Keoni Ana award; [Map shows 57° 40' West true]
XIII. South 66° 05' West true 2140 feet along the Ridge and
XIV. South 45° 30' west true 1670 feet along Kapalama to the head of Waolani Valley; Thence
XV. South 24° 30' East true 800 feet along Waolani ridge; thence
XVI. South 39° 00' East true 2500 feet along the Niniko lot to the Initial Point.
