Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to quiet land titles did by Land Commission Award No. 7714B Apana 8 award to M. Kekuaiwa, an estate an estate of Freehold less than Allodial in the land hereinafter described:
And whereas proper application having been made to the Commissioner of Public Lands by W.O. Smith and A. Lewis, Jr. Attorneys for H.P. Baldwin, present owner for a Patent on the herein described land, and whereas a certificate of boundaries, defining the same having been duly filed and the Government Commutation thereon was released by resolution of the Privy Council August 27th 1850 and by surrender of lands to the Government as set forth and of record in Volume 3 of Foreign Test ....
