To the Land Commissioners: I hereby state my /claim/ for the areas which I cultivate at Kula in various places. Here are the lands I cultivate in Omaopio: at Maka, at Kamehame, at Palehunui [Pulehunui]. I have planted 10 places in sweet potatoes - they are not all together in one place.
There are three plantings Mauka, of Irish potatoes, on the east of Palehunui, making a total of 13 places at Pulehunui. That is my claim.
