Section 1 has been left idle and overrunning with weeds to the present time. This section rests in the hands of S.P. Kalama for the government. When a settlement was made by S.P. Kalama he agreed that one patch and a small pasture section (be for Aki) and the remaining greater portion was turned over to the government.
Conclusion: The claim of Aki in section 1 was not in order according to the policy of the land officers because of the time limit; however, the gratis award of the claim has been approved for Aki's advantage. The government will be responsible for the weeds of his land.
