By this Patent the Governor of the Territory of Hawaii, in conformity with the laws of the United States of America and of the Territory of Hawaii, makes known to all men that It has this day granted and confirmed unto L.L. McCandless, for the consideration of one Dollars ($1 00/100) paid into the Treasury. And for the further consideration of a deed to the Government of the Territory of Hawaii of land situate on the Hotel Street Extension and King Street widening from L.L. McCandless the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, all that piece of land situate at Kaneloa Waiahole, in the District of Koolauloa, Island of Oahu, and described as follows:
1. Beginning at a + on a stone South 12° 45' East true 40 feet from an iron pipe filled with cement set in the ground at a corner of Grant 4111, L.L. McCandless. From said iron pipe th ....
