Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to quiet Land Titles, did, by their decision, award to Kapela no Komoikeehuehu Claim No. 5606 in Fee Simple, the land hereafter described,
Therefore, Liliuokalani, by the Grace of God, Queen of the Hawaiian Islands, by this Royal Patent makes known to all men that she has for herself and for her successors in Office this day granted and confirmed absolutely, in Fee Simple, unto Kapela no Kom ....
