Kapele, sworn, I wrote out Moomooiki's Claim in December 1847 and sent it to the Land Commission at Oahu.

Nauki, sworn, The Claimant's land consists of 2 pieces in Wailuku, Maui.

No. 1 is a Moo of kula and House lot in the ili of Pohakupukupuku.
No. 2 is a Moo of kalo in the ili of Kapalaalaea.

He received No. 1 from Kaniau the Judge at Hamakua in 1843 and he from the Queen and No. 2 from Paioa[?] in the reign of Kamehameha II. The Claimant's title has never be ....
