By this Patent the Governor of the Territory of Hawaii, in conformity with the laws of the United States of America and of the Territory of Hawaii, makes known to all men that It has this day granted and confirmed unto MARIA COITO for the consideration of Thirteen 75/100 Dollars ($13 75/100) paid into the Treasury. And for the further consideration of her having complied with the terms and conditions of Part VII of the Land Act of 1895, all that piece of land situate at KALAHEO, in the District of KONA, Island of KAUAI, and described as follows:
Right of Purchase Lease No. 35.
Lot No. 15, Registered Map No. 2378, Sixth Land District
Beginning at a x on a stone at the East corner of this lot, the Southeast corner of Lot 14 and the Northwest corner of Reservoir No. 1, from which point Government Survey Trig. Station “Papapaholahola” is by true azimuth and distance 184° 14' 2888.8 feet, as shown on Government Survey Registered Map No. 2378, and running by true azimuths:
1. 51° 29' 294.2 feet along Reservoir No. 1 to a x on stone;
2. 95° 00' 710.1 feet along Lot 16 to a x on stone;
3. 196° 22' 267.4 feet along Homestead Road to a x on stone;
4. 258° 08' 150.4 feet along Homestead Road to a x on stone;
5. 277° 27' 800.0 feet along Lot 14 to the point of beginning.
Area 5 50/100 Acres
Excepting and reserving therefrom a right-of-way over this lot for the Pipe Line.
