By this Patent the Governor of the Territory of Hawaii, in conformity with the laws of the United States of America and of the Territory of Hawaii, makes known to all men that It has this day granted and confirmed unto David H. Davis for the consideration of Nine Hundred Thirty Two & 87/100 Dollars ($932.87/100) paid into the Treasury and for the further consideration of his having complied with the terms and conditions of the Agreement of Sale Dated February 6th, 1897, all that piece of land situate at Paauilo, in the District of Hamakua, Island of Hawaii, and described as follows:
Lot No. 14, Public Lands Map No. 11
Commencing at the Southwest corner of this Lot at a point marked by a post which bears South 69° 08' East and is distant 1911.7 f ....
