Liliuokalani, By the Grace of God, Queen of the Hawaiian Islands: By this Her Royal Patent, makes known unto all men, that She has for herself, her heirs and successors this day granted and given unto Paul Isenberg and C.F. Horner for the consideration of Four Hundred and Sixty ($460.x) Dollars paid into the Royal Exchequer, all that piece of Land situate at Mt. Retreat, Lahaina, in the Island of Maui and described as follows:< ....
