I, the one whose name is below, hereby state to you, the Commissioners to quiet land titles, that I have a claim for a cultivated kula and a mountain claim in the `ili of Kawaiu - it jumps in various places. One has not been measured because of the shortness of time. It is in the Ahupua`a of Kalaupapa, Island of Molokai.

1. `Ili of Kawaiu. The length is 810 feet on the south, 876 feet on the north, 522 feet on the east, and a pali is on one side.

2. Mountain claim. The length is 12,000 feet on the east /and west/, 87 feet on the north, 96 feet on the south. These are my claims.

Aloha to you all.
